YOUR FAMILY’S PRIVACY
Privacy notice
Last updated: November 4, 2026. This notice describes the inquiry form prepared for The April House, a home-based infant and toddler care program in Mangilao, Guam. When inquiry delivery is unavailable, the form is disabled. When enabled, it sends details to the configured business inbox without creating a website database record.
What an inquiry asks for
When enabled, the form asks for a parent or guardian name, email address, a broad age group, a preferred start period, and an optional message. Please do not send a child’s name, birth date, medical information, identity documents, or other sensitive details. An inquiry is a request for a conversation, not an enrollment application.
How the information is used
Inquiry details are used to respond to your questions and discuss availability and enrollment. The form sends these details to April’s configured business inbox through Resend’s email delivery service. The website does not create a parent account or store inquiry submissions in a website database. Copies remain in the business email inbox and may be processed or retained by email service providers according to their policies.
Security and service providers
The website is hosted by Cloudflare. When inquiries are enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile checks for automated submissions; technical information, including an IP address, is processed for that security check. The inquiry email does not include your IP address. Resend processes the inquiry content to deliver the email. Hosting and email services may process technical logs and retain data under their own terms. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy and Resend’s privacy policy.
Cookies and analytics
The website includes no advertising trackers or visitor analytics. Security tools and hosting services may process technical information required to deliver and protect the website. The form does not save a draft in your browser.
Enrolled families and brightwheel
After enrollment, The April House uses brightwheel for daily information and family communication. Photos or videos may be shared with written parental or guardian permission, as time allows. Families may not download, screenshot, record, post, forward, or distribute images or videos containing other children. Use for social media or advertising requires separate written permission. Consent arrangements and any withdrawal of consent are handled directly with April under the program’s written policies.
Parent camera viewing through Wyze
Authorized enrolled parents or legal guardians may receive private Wyze viewing access to designated childcare areas during operating hours, subject to the written camera policy and consent arrangements. Our policy covers video-only viewing without audio and excludes bathrooms, changing areas, and other private areas. A live view may include other enrolled children; this is explained in the enrollment consent process.
Access details are confidential. Families must not share logins or record, photograph, screenshot, download, post, or distribute the feed. Access may be suspended or removed under the camera policy. Camera feeds and access details are not published or embedded on this website. For questions about account access, video storage, or retention, contact April before using parent viewing.
Your choices
You can choose not to submit a form. You can contact [email protected] to ask about your inquiry information or request its deletion, subject to any applicable recordkeeping requirements. Information in the business inbox is handled by April. Please contact April with questions about the handling or deletion of a particular inquiry.
Our home address
The residential street address is not published on this website. Visit details are shared privately when appropriate.
